Membership to the Center for Private Business grants admittance to monthly speakers, workshops, panels and programs aimed at building better long-term business. Many of our Member companies are family-owned with second or third-generation leaders committed to sustainable growth.
It is our hope that the Center for Private Business continues to be a catalyst for economic growth and deeply embedded in the social prosperity of our region and beyond.
Membership enables privately-held businesses to thrive by helping them to achieve dreams for their business, family, employees, community, and stakeholders by providing access to industry leaders, resources, networks, and education.
Members do not need to be affiliated with Wake Forest to join.
Forum groups consist of 8-10 business leaders who meet monthly to share and talk-through their business challenges in a safe, confidential setting.
Time at Forum is split addressing matters in four areas: Business, Family and Friends, Personal Health, and Pressing Matters.
With a guided and heavily structured 4-hour agenda, Forum meetings allow leaders to talk through matters with non-biased individuals and get feedback on how to move forward. Many of our Forum members work directly with family and need a confidential outlet to debrief.
